Abstract
A rising edge or a falling edge is finely adjusted, or a dead time and a period are adjusted with high accuracy. A waveform processing circuit includes: an integration circuitreceiving a rectangular or substantially-rectangular pulse and outputting a gradually increasing or decreasing signal obtained by integrating the pulse signal; a reference signal output circuitoutputting a constant value or a varying value as a reference signal; and a comparison circuitcomparing the output of the integration circuit with the output of the reference signal output circuit and outputting a pulse rising or falling at a timing when the difference between the outputs varies.
