Abstract
A triggercontrol apparatus is provided for operating a transmissionof a self-propelled mowing machinevia a cablebetween a halt condition and an advancement condition. The triggercontrol apparatus includes a housing, and a plurality of independently operable triggersrotatably coupled to the housingfor movement between an engaged and a disengaged position. Each triggerincludes an operation member. A camis rotatably coupled to the housingabout a cam rotation axisand operatively coupled to the cable, wherein rotation of the camin a first direction relatively increases tension in the cable. An actuation memberis coupled to the cama distance from the cam rotation axis. Movement of at least one of the plurality of triggerstowards the engaged positioncauses a respective operation memberto engage the actuation memberto rotate the camin the first direction, whereby the transmissionis operated in the advancement condition.
