There is provided a terminal sealing device that can realize easy change of a protective cover, reduce the number of components used, and be efficiently placed in a small space. A power supply terminal sealing deviceincludes a molded thermoplastic resin memberthat seals a power supply terminalprovided on a surface of a glass plate, and a locking holeformed integrally with the molded thermoplastic resin member, and the locking holeengages a protective coverthat houses the molded thermoplastic resin member
