Abstract
Swivel clip () provides independently adjustable hinge point location (), adjustable clip length () and rotational position for user-configurable attachment. Swivel clip () is formed of a two piece paddle () and a two piece swivel plate () coupled via a hinge pin (). The two piece paddle () provides adjustable clip length.
