Abstract
This method, which can be implemented by a terminal, includes a step (E, E) of assigning a dummy signal level to a cell defined by an access point of a local area network in such a way as to respect the preference of a user who has elected to give preference, when moving around, to attaching the mobile terminal to a cell of a public cellular network over attaching itself to a cell of a cellular local area network.
