Abstract
The invention relates to a method for cultivating biologic cells (), wherein cells () are grown on a substrate () having a plurality of substrate openings (), and wherein cell aggregates () are formed, including groups of cells () that span the substrate openings (). A separation of the cell aggregates () from the substrate () by extracting the cell aggregates () from the substrate openings () can be provided. The invention further relates to a cell-cultivating device (), including a substrate () having a plurality of substrate openings () and cell aggregates () including groups of cells () that span the substrate openings (). The cell aggregates () are particularly used in high throughput tests with biologically active substances or in methods of tissue cultivation.
