Abstract

The present invention relates to novel pyridylmethyl-sulfonamide compounds of formula (I) where: n is 0 to 4; m is 0 to 4; Ris halogen, CN, NO, OH, SH, C-C-alkyl, C-C-haloalkyl, C-C-alkoxy, C-C-haloalkoxy, etc.; and/or two radicals Rtogether form a fused ring; Ris H, C-C-alkyl, C-C-haloalkyl, C-C-alkenyl, C-C-alkynyl, C-C-cycloalkyl, C-C-alkyl-C-C-cycloalkyl or benzyl; Ris halogen, CN, NO, C-C-alkyl, C-C-haloalkyl, C-C-alkoxy or C-C-haloalkoxy; Y is —O—, C-C-alkanediyl, —O—CH—, —CH—O—, —C(NOR)—, —S—, —S(═O)—, —S(═O)— or —N(R)—;and the N-oxides, and salts thereof and their use for combating phytopathogenic harmful fungi, and also to compositions and seed comprising at least one such compound.
