Abstract
A method of conducting soft combining of at least two received MBMS signals in a user equipment () of a radio telecommunications network (), the method including: demodulating () at least a subset of the received MBMS signals; converting (---) a floating point slot data vector to a fixed point slot data vector for each demodulated received MBMS signal; and soft combining () the fixed-point slot data vectors derived from at least two of said received MBMS signals.
