The sound insulation cover includes: a cover memberthat is externally mounted on an exhaust manifold and that insulates transmission of noises to the outside; and a fixing meansthat is combined with an openingformed in the cover memberin correspondence to a fixing portionof the exhaust manifold and that fixes the cover memberto the fixing portionof the exhaust manifold.
