UIMID of a UIMowned by the owner of a portable phoneis stored in an owner information registration areaof phone. A CPUof portable phone, upon receiving content, compares a UIMID of a UIMinserted in phoneto the UIMID registered in owner information registration area. The storing of the content in a nonvolatile memoryis permitted only when the two UIMIDs agree with each other.
