Abstract

Provided is a diaphragm that can be securely and firmly fixed to a predetermined fixing position without deteriorating the function of a film part. The diaphragm is provided with a film part () that is elastically deformable by a predetermined pressure, a thick part () that is disposed at a rim portion of the film part () and has a thickness greater than the film part (), and a protection part () that is disposed between the film part () and the thick part () in contact with the film part () and is elastically deformable along with elastic deformation of the film part () to protect the film part ().
