Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of protecting organic material, especially from the pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs sectors, against light, wherein at least one pigment of formula (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) and (8) as defined in claimand optionally a UV absorber as well as optionally further pigments and/or colorants is applied to or incorporated in a carrier material and the carrier material so treated is positioned between the light source and the organic material to be protected.
