An optical-electrical hybrid transmission cable (), comprising: an insulative layer (); a shielding layer located on an inner side of the insulative layer; a pair of signal wires () disposed in the shielding layer and twisted together; a power wire () and a grounding wire () disposed in the shielding layer and arranged side by side; two bare optical fibers () disposed in the shielding layer and spaced apart from each other; and a plurality of fillers () disposed in the shielding layer and arranged in a discrete manner.
