Abstract
A vehicle body front structure provided with left and right side frames (). The left front side frame () has a rectangular closed cross-sectional shape. The front side frame () is provided with a rectilinear section (front half frame section) () extending rectilinearly from the front end () to the center section (), and also with a moment receiving section (rear half frame section) () continuing from the rectilinear section () and extending in a curved form toward the inner side in the widthwise direction of the vehicle. A first ridge line section () is a portion which forms a corner () among the corners () of the rectilinear section (), said corner () being located on the inner side in the widthwise direction of the vehicle. A second ridge line section () is connected to the first ridge line section () at a position inside the moment receiving section (). A stiffener () is connected to the rear end () of the front side frame ().
