The method can be performed in a printing apparatus that can include an intermediate transfer belt (), an intermediate transfer belt sensor (), a developer (), a photoreceptor (), and a photoreceptor cleaner (). The method can include placing () marking material on the photoreceptor using the developer. The method can include cleaning () the marking material on the photoreceptor using the photoreceptor cleaner.
