Abstract
Compounds of formula (I) especially where Ris an optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl or heterocyclyl-alkyl group, are shown to have activity as sodium channel blockers or as antifolates. Some novel compounds where Ris an aralkyl or heterocyclyl-alkyl are disclosed.
