Abstract
Disclosed is a fluid lubrication bearing device in which generation of a contaminant in a resin housing is suppressed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the interior and in the periphery of the bearing device. A side portionand a bottom portionof a housingare formed integrally by injection molding of a resin material, and a gate markof a gate resin portionformed at a lower end surfaceof the bottom portionof the molding is formed by a jighaving a forming surfacewith a concave configuration. As a result, the cut portionof the gate mark with sharp asperities is smoothened, and the surfaceof the gate markis turned into a smooth convex curved surface.
