Abstract
An image display device is provided with a display section () for displaying a two-dimensional image on a screen; a microlens array board (), which is arranged in an optical path of display light constituting the two-dimensional image, and transmits the display light to display an actual image of the two-dimensional image on an imaging plane positioned in a space on a side opposite to the screen; and a display control section () for controlling the display section () to perform blocking process to have a part of an actual object on a side further than the imaging plane not seen by an observer who observes the imaging plane.
