Abstract

A rotor () for a rotary electric machine which comprises: two field spiders () each of which runs more or less radially with respect to the main axis of the rotor () and comprises a series of axial arms () in which each arm () runs axially inwards from the associated field spider (), towards the other field spider () in such a way that each arm () of a field spider () lies in the space there is between two consecutive arms () of the other field spider (); and at least one magnetic element () the main orientation of which is longitudinal position transversely between two adjacent arms () belonging one to each field spider () and which comprises at least one magnet (), characterized in that the magnetic element () comprises at least one support shim () made of a non-magnetic material and mounted on a transverse end face of the magnet (), and means of connecting the shim () to the magnet ().
