Abstract
Provided herein are alkoxy-carbonyl-amino-alkynyl-adenosine compounds and derivatives thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same that are selective agonists of Aadenosine receptors (ARs). These compounds and compositions are useful as pharmaceutical agents.
