A nutritional supplement for use in physiologically stressful conditions is disclosed. The nutritional supplement may include one or more of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D3, vitamin C, vitamin B1, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, copper, iron, alpha lipoic acid, lutein and lycopene.
