Abstract
An electric power actuator and a method of controlling such an actuator are disclosed. The actuator () can include means () for limiting the pressure difference in both chambers () of a hydraulic jack () of the actuator () to a limit pressure which is lower than an opening pressure of a pressure relief valve () of the actuator ().
