Abstract
When an analysis is finished in the GC/MS, which is an analyzing apparatus, and a file including the data obtained by the analysis is created by the analysis data file creator, the file transfer processorsends the file to the web serverby way of the intranet. The file transfer processorconverts the data received into a format capable of being posted on a web page and stores it in the memory, and simultaneously notifies the analysis unitof a link address for reading it out. The e-mail creation processorcreates an e-mail with the link address in the body and sends it to a predetermined mail address. The user receives and opens the e-mail on the mailerof the client terminaland clicks a link address corresponding to the desired analysis data. In response to this operation, the web serversends the corresponding data to the terminal, which allows the analysis data to be viewed by the web browser
