Abstract

A radiator (A) has a receiver segment () and an adjacent transformer segment (). The receiver () has a first () and an opposite second face (). The second face () includes a generator () of a signal () that propagates from the receiver segment (). A first face () of the transformer segment () is formed adjacent to the receiver segment second face (). A transmitted signal () propagates through the transformer segment () from the first () to a second face (). A plurality of free floating plates () are formed within the transformer segment () in layers () with gaps () permitting signal () passage. The floating plates () deflect the signal path through the transformer segment ().
