Abstract
A battery () includes an insulating member () fitted into a hole () in a case (), and electrode terminals (), each being passed through the insulating member () and extended out of the case (). The insulating member () includes: a first insulating portion () that isolates each of the electrode terminals () from the inner surface of the hole () and closes the interface between each of the electrode terminals () and the inner surface; and a second insulating portion () formed along the surface of each of the terminals () at the outer end portion of the insulating member ().
