Abstract
A wire with a terminal fitting () formed by crimping and cutting a terminal fitting with a carrier in which a terminal fitting () projecting forward is coupled to a carrier (C). The wire with the terminal fitting () is provided with a crimping portion () to be crimped into connection with an end portion of an insulated wireformed by covering a core () with a coating (), a link () coupling the crimping portion () and the carrier (C), and an escaping portion () formed by partly cutting off a rear end part of the crimping portion () and enabling a cutting mold () for cutting the link portion () to be arranged at a position where a front end (A) of the cutting mold () is located before the rear end of the crimping portion ().
