Abstract

The present invention is a method for manufacturing an animal model for researching a pulmonary tumor and a use thereof. A transgenic non-human animal of the present invention is prepared by embryonic gene microinjection and possesses a tissue-specific expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A) in lung. Through the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor A, the lung cells in the transgenic non-human animal of the present invention have inflammatory, vascularogenesis and angiogenesis responses or induce lung tumors. Thus, the non-human animal of the present invention can serve as an animal model for analyzing the regulation and the anti-tumor drugs screening of pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
