The invention relates to a composition comprising at least one (poly)isocyanate and at least one surfactant comprising an amino acid and a mixture of compounds of formulae (I) and (II) wherein i and j independently represent 0 or 1; and Ret Rare identical or different and independently represent a hydrocarbonated chain. Said mixture of compounds of formulae (I) and (II) is characterized in that the molar ratio between compound (II) and compound (I) is higher than 1.
