Abstract
A pipe coupling including a female pipe coupling member () and a male pipe coupling member (). The female pipe coupling member () includes a female member body (), a locking element hole (), a locking element (), and an outer cylindrical member () for preventing the locking element from being dislodged from the locking element hole (). The male pipe coupling member () includes a male member body (), a displacement preventing portion (), an engaging groove (), and a sleeve (). A sleeve receiving portion () is formed between an outer peripheral surface () of the female member body () and the outer cylindrical member (). The sleeve receiving portion () has a jam preventing portion () on the radially outer side of an opening edge () of the locking element hole opening at the outer peripheral surface () of the female member body (), whereby the locking element pushed by the sleeve () is prevented from being jammed between the opening edge () and the sleeve.
