Abstract

The present invention concerns cell-penetrating peptides which comprise an amino acid sequence consisting of GLXRALXRXLXRSLXXXXXXX(SEQ ID No: 1), wherein Xis A, L or G, Xis W or none, Xis R or K, Xis K, L or S, Xis L or K, Xis R or W, Xis K or S, and Xis A, V or Q, and Xis W, F or Y. These CPPs can be used as vectors for delivering nucleic acids and/or proteins and/or peptides to cells, in vitro or in vivo.
