Abstract
A device for lifting and attaching a wide-base truck tire and wheel to the frame of a road tractor. The device includes a support structure attached to the frame of the vehicle, a channel-shaped support beam attached to a frame of a tractor, a hoist comprising a lifting mechanism, and a structure for holding a wide-base truck tire in conjunction with the channel-shaped support beam.
