Abstract
Reduce noises emitted from inlet and outlet of cooling air of a soundproof enclosed type generator. An inletand an outletof the cooling air are provided to the front and rear of a chassis, respectively. An air supply ductis detachably mounted to the inlet, and an exhaust ductis detachably mounted to the outlet. An air taking-in openingfacing downward is provided to the air supply ductwhich guides the air towards horizontally opened inlet. The exhaust ductis equipped with wall surface and a straightening vaneat a position opposed to the cooling air discharged from the outletto change the cooling air flow in complicated fashion to discharge it outside.
