At least one of lens portions with a concave shape in the paraxial region satisfies the conditional expression νn<40 (where νn is an Abbe number of a lens portion having a concave shape in the paraxial region), and first lens block Csatisfies the conditional expression 0.5<f1/f<1.5 (where f1 is a composite focal length of the first lens block and f is a composite focal length of the total system).
