Abstract
An EFP lensis mounted on an ENG camerathrough a lens supporter. Normally, a connectorof the EFP lensis joined to a connectorof the lens supporter, and signal lines from pins of the connectorof the EFP lensare connected to corresponding pins of a parallel connectorand corresponding pins of a serial connectorin the lens supporter. When the parallel connectoris connected to the connectorof the ENG camera, it is possible to perform the parallel communication between the EFP lensand the ENG camera. When the serial connectoris connected to the connectorof the ENG camera, it is possible to perform the serial communication.
