Abstract
The organic EL device () comprises: a substrate (); a light emitting unit formed on the substrate (), and including an anode (), a cathode () having anelectric resistance lower than that of the anode (), an organic light emitting layer () formed between the anode () and the cathode (); an anode terminal () formed on the substrate () and connected to the anode (), and a cathode terminal () formed on the substrate () and connected to the cathode ().
