Abstract

The invention relates to a device for reducing fouling in a tube () through which a fluid passes. The inventive device comprises a mobile rotary element () and a fixed bearing-forming element () which can be solidly connected to the upstream end of the tube (). In addition, the mobile element (), which is connected to the fixed element (), comprises an upstream trunnion-forming part () and a downstream turbulence-generating part () which is shaped such as to be rotated by the flow of the fluid in the tube (). The aforementioned upstream () and downstream () parts are connected to one another by means of an elongated flexible connector () that is deformable along the entire length thereof.
