Abstract
Disclosed is an electronic device which is formed thin while maintaining good display by a liquid crystal display unit. Specifically disclosed is an electronic device wherein a main substrate () mounted with an electronic component is so arranged as to face a reflecting sheet () which is formed on the back surface of a liquid crystal display unit (). A flexible substrate () arranged between the liquid crystal display unit () and the main substrate () is connected to a surface () of the main substrate (), which surface () is on the side of the reflecting sheet (). A protective sheet () covering the reflecting sheet () is interposed between the flexible substrate () and the reflecting sheet ().
