Abstract
Disclosed is a novel hydroxyalkylated polyalkylene polyamine composition, and a method for preparing the hydroxyalkylated polyalkylene polyamine composition at low cost. Further disclosed is a method for producing a polyurethane resin by using the hydroxyalkylated polyalkylene polyamine composition containing at least two hydroxyalkylated polyalkylene polyamines represented by the following general formula (1): In the formula (1), Rto Rare independently a Cto Calkyl group or a substituent represented by the following general formula (2): wherein Rand Rare independently a hydrogen atom or a Cto Calkyl group, and p is an integer from 1 to 3; and Rand R, R, R, or Rmay arbitrarily bond together to form a ring; at least one of Rto Ris a substituent represented by the general formula (2) but all of Rto Rcannot be substituents represented by the general formula (2) at the same time; n and m are independently an integer from 1 to 5; and a is an integer from 1 to 6.
