Abstract

A capacitoris charged by turning on a switching element, and when a relayis operated, by turning off the switching elementand turning on a switching element, a constant-voltage power supplyand the capacitorare series-connected, and a switching elementis turned on to cause the series circuit of the constant-voltage power supplyand the capacitorto be connected to a relay coil, so that the voltage resulting from addition of the output voltage of the constant-voltage power supplyand the charging voltage of the capacitoris supplied to the relay coil, whereby causing the relayto be turned on, after which the capacitoris gradually discharged by means of the relay coil
