Abstract

A damperincludes a vessel; a partitioning memberwhich partitions the interior of the vesselinto two accommodation chambersandfor accommodating a viscous fluid, and which rotates together with the vesselin an R direction and is movable in an axial direction A; a moving force imparting meansfor imparting to the partitioning membera moving force in an Adirection by the input of rotation in an Rdirection; a resilient meansfor resiliently urging the partitioning memberin an Adirection; a through holefor allowing the two accommodation chambersandinside the vesselto communicate with each other; and an allowing/limiting memberwhich allows the viscous fluidaccommodated in the two accommodation chambersandin the vesselto flow reciprocally between the two accommodation chambersandthrough the through hole, and which limits the flow of the viscous fluidin the accommodation chamberinto the accommodation chamberin the Adirection through the through holewhen the internal pressure of the viscous fluidaccommodated in the accommodation chamberin the Adirection is generated in excess of a fixed value on the basis of the movement of the partitioning memberin the Adirection.
