Container with an opening and closing element () for wine or a similar beverage, comprising three distinct elements (-) made of plastic and assembled by welding, these being a flexible laminate () that forms the side wall of the said container, an end wall () and a shoulder () comprising a neck; characterized in that at least one of the three elements (-) is oxygen impermeable and in that at least one other element (-) is oxygen permeable.
