Abstract
To improve methods of manufacturing a rotor core, a rotor feed screw, and a rotor for motor-driven valves and reduce manufacturing cost of the motor-driven valves. A method of manufacturing the rotor core comprising the steps of: using an openable/closable die devicedefining a molding recessfor the sleeve; forming to the die devicea molding recessfor the valve closing limit stopperand a first positioning portionpositionally corresponding to the molding recess; forming to the bushinga second positioning portionsuch that when the second positioning portioncoincides with the first positioning portiona thread-cut leading endof the female screwand the molding recessfor the valve closing limit stopperare positionally corresponding to each other; mounting the bushingto the die devicesuch that the second positioning portioncoincides with the first positioning portion; and closing the die deviceand casting molten resin into the molding recessto manufacture the rotor core. In the same manner as described above, a rotor feed screwand a rotorcan be manufactured.
