Abstract
Plural LEDsare mounted on a top surfaceof a circuit board, and a circuit patternfor supplying power to the LEDsand metallic film islandsfor heat radiation are provided on a back surface. Further, lensis provided on the top surfaceof the circuit board, that is, a surface where the circuit patternand the metallic film islandsare not provided, so as to cover each of the LEDs. The lensis cured after dripping a liquid resin including a silicone resin containing silica. Therefore, distortion of the cover members formed on the substrate by dripping the liquid resin is suppressed.
