Abstract
A device for the fixing of a prismatic mechanical test piece, which consists of two mechanisms that secure the test piece () on both sides, where each mechanism consists of two independent blocks (and), the second block () being displaceable in relation to the first (), at least two rods () and a cylinder () for assisting the attachment between both blocks (and), a screw () for assuring the attachment between both blocks (and), and an adapter plate () which is adjusted to the second block () by means of a pin or bolt ().
