Abstract
A call documentation system () stores a call log of calls for a user in a call log database (). The user can prepare a note () and the system associates the note with an entry in the call note database (). Typically, notes are stored in a log notes database () which is linked to the call note database () through a database manager (). Notes can be shared with other users.
