Abstract
Prior to assembly of an elastic member () to a slinger (), a radially inner surface () of a first portion () is formed in a concave shape, and a radially inner surface () of a second portion () is formed in a conical shape. The second axial lip () is adapted such that, after the elastic member () is assembled to the slinger () and when a second axial lip () is in a not-yet-worn state, the second axial lip () does not come into contact with a fixation section () of the slinger ().
