Abstract

A piezoelectric elementhas a common electrodethat receives electricity from a terminal. The terminalhas a through holeand an electric insulating layer. The piezoelectric elementis arranged so that the common electrodefaces the electric insulating layerof the terminal. A liquid stopperis formed around the through holeso as to come between the common electrodeand the terminalwhen the common electrodeand terminalare set to face each other. A liquid conductive adhesiveis injected into the through holeto fill a gap defined by the liquid stopperbetween the terminaland the common electrodeand secure electric connection between the terminaland the common electrode This configuration improves the reliability of wiring to the piezoelectric element and prevents the piezoelectric element from being damaged.
