Abstract
A nonvolatile memory device of the present invention comprises a substrate (), first wires (), first filling constituents () filled into first through-holes (), respectively, second wires () which cross the first wires () perpendicularly to the first wires (), respectively, each of the second wires () including a plurality of layers including a resistance variable layer () of each of first resistance variable elements, a conductive layer () and a resistance variable layer () of each of second resistance variable elements which are stacked together in this order, second filling constituents () filled into second through-holes (), respectively, and third wires (), and the conductive layer () of the second wires () serves as the electrodes of the first resistance variable elements () and the electrodes of the second resistance variable elements ().
