Abstract
A device and method are provided for continuously manufacturing a thermoplastic resin film product of any width having a small film thickness and uniform flat surface at an excellent yield. A tubular resin film cutting and winding device for cutting a tubular resin filminto a helical shape and winding a long film, comprising a cutting device having a cutting memberfor cutting a tubular resin film; a winding devicefor winding the cut long film; and a guide rollersfor guiding the cut long film to the winding device, wherein the cutting memberand the guide rollershave a mechanism for rotation in the circumferential direction of the tubular resin film.
