Abstract
A flow control apparatusincluding a tubular outside member, a tubular inside memberplaced in the outside member, and a valve memberis used. The inside memberincludes a through-holepassing through a side wall in a thickness direction and a contact portionthat is in contact with the outside member, which are arranged in that order in a direction from one openingto the other opening. The valve memberis placed in the openingof the inside member. The valve memberpasses only a fluid supplied at a set pressure or higher in a direction from the one openingto the other opening. The outside memberis formed so as to form a gap communicating with the through holebetween the outside memberand the contact portiondue to elastic deformation caused by an external force.
